Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Time, Umpire! account and the personal information associated with it. You can do this yourself in the app, or ask us to do it for you.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

  1. Open the Time, Umpire! app and sign in.
  2. Go to your Profile, then open your account settings.
  3. Select Delete account and confirm.

If you are a parent or guardian who manages a child’s account, you can delete that child’s account from the My Children area of your profile.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it

Send an email to from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will verify the request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymise the personal information associated with it, including your profile and contact details, emergency and medical details, availability, allocations and shift history, messages, and any documents you have uploaded.

Some records may be retained for a limited period where we are required to keep them by law (for example, to meet financial or audit obligations). These are permanently deleted once that period ends.
